Nutty.

No, not me, silly. My diet!

The super thin lady at the health food store was amazed that I had lost ten pounds since the last time she had seen me. You should have seen the look on her face when I told her my diet consists of an abundance of nuts. "What! They're so high in fat!" Yes, lady, they are. But a good kind of fat. And Vitamin E. And Omega 3's. And protein.

And they satisfy me so I eat less with very little need to indulge in other high fat, high sugar foods.

Yes, it's working, and I feel great!
