I'm baaaccckk...

The economy has clobbered me!  I'm fortunate to be able to work at a job that I love, but seem to have a hard time striking a balance.  Honestly, it seems that the more hours I work, and the more money I make...the more I spend.  In other words, I tend to get a little careless in my spending habits, or my time away from home (and kitchen) results in spending more money to keep my family fed.  I am preparing food for six adults, and the grocery bill is CRAZY if I don't count my pennies.  Please stay tuned for some of my strategies and recipes.  It CAN work, I promise!  I am a living testimony!
